Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses of the arbitration, and the parties shall share equally the fees and expenses of the arbitrator.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Jiujiang Bingkede Trading Co., Ltd.
